    For merchants and their authorised signatories we may collect:

    - Identity documents (for example national ID, passport), proof of address and other compliance documents
    - Position or role within the business
    - Bank account details for settlement of funds
  • Customer payment details
    When you pay using CeyPay through a merchant, we may collect:
    - Your name and contact details if the merchant shares them with us or you provide them
    - Basic information needed to identify your transaction (for example order ID, currency, amount)

    Information you provide when you:

We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers. Where card payments are supported, they are processed by trusted third party payment processors.
